PAYMENT DETAILS

We require full payment at time of booking. Please contact us by phone to provide credit card details. Your booking will not be confirmed until full payment is received.

If your group is paying separately, please indicate in the comments section.

You may change dates or cancel this reservation anytime up until 10am the day before your ski date at no charge.

If you cancel after 10am the day before your ski date, you will be refunded minus a booking fee of $200 plus tax. If you cancel on your fly day, there will be no refund. We will keep 100% of the payment. Please note this does not apply if WHS cancels prior to take–off. If your guests cannot complete all of their runs due to injury, illness, or ability there will be no refund.
